I placed a call to this company in regard to an old Verizon account. I was in a position to make at least half of what I owed and want to make arrangements for the remainder.

Whoever the individual was on the line was so rude and told me that there are no arrangements to be made. He was so mean to that i actually cried while on the line with him. He stated that he was noting the account that i was refusing to pay and hung up in my face.

I just dont understand. I called to pay!

Monetary Loss: $625.
